运用《中小学教师心理资本问卷》与《组织承诺问卷》,对贫困山区350名小学教师进行调查,考查贫困山区小学教师心理资本和组织承诺现状及作用机制。结果表明:贫困山区小学教师的心理资本水平略高于均值,属于较为积极的状态;贫困山区小学教师的组织承诺略高于平均水平,没有达到理想状态;贫困山区小学教师心理资本总体水平与组织承诺不存在显著的相关关系,但各因子之间的相关度较高。韧性因子对组织承诺及感情承诺、规范承诺、理想承诺预测作用较大,乐观因子对经济承诺、机会承诺预测作用较大。根据研究结果,从注重积极心理品质构建、增强韧性、培养乐观心态等方面做了思考。
Using " Psychological Capital Questionnaire" and " Organizational Commitment Questionnaire",we investigated 350 primary school teachers in poor mountainous areas.The results show as follows:psychological capital level is slightly higher than the mean,in more active state;organizational commitment is slightly higher than the average,not reaching the ideal state;there is no significant correlation between the overall level of psychological capital and organizational commitment but higher correlation between factors;toughness has greater predictive effect on organizational commitment,affective commitment,normative commitment and ideal commitment,optimism on economic commitment and opportunity commitment.
