采用高温熔融和水淬的工艺制备以Bi_2O_3-SiO_2-B_2O_3-ZnO为基体,添加金属氧化物(Al_2O_3、BaO、ZrO_2、Sb_2O_3)为辅助原料的无铅玻璃样品。采用X射线衍射分析仪、热分析仪、热膨胀仪和块体失重法研究了金属氧化物对玻璃的网络结构、特征温度(t_g、t_f、t_s)、热膨胀系数和化学稳定性的影响。结果表明:玻璃体系添加金属氧化物之后玻璃的封接性能有较大的改善。加入BaO和ZrO_2,能较大提升玻璃的转变温度、软化温度、析晶温度以及热膨胀系数。加入Sb_2O_3,降低玻璃的热膨胀系数效果最好。加入ZrO_2,玻璃的化学稳定性最好。
Lead-free glass using Bi_2O_3-SiO_2-B_2O_3-ZnO as a matrix recombined with different metallic oxides(i.e.Al_2O_3,BaO,Zr O_2,Sb_2O_3)was fabricated by high-temperature melting and water quenching.The effect of metallic oxides on the glass structure,the characteristic temperature,the coefficient of thermal expansion,and the chemical stability were investigated by X-ray diffractometer,differential scanning calonmetry,thermal expansion instrument and block mass loss method.The results indicate that the different metallic oxides observably improve the sealing properties of the as-prepared glass.It is noteworthy that there are very significant improvements in transformation temperature,softening temperature,crystallization peak temperature and coefficient of thermal expansion of lead-free glass combined with BaO and ZrO_2.A very low coefficient of thermal expansion is also observed with the addition of Sb_2O_3.And the ZrO_2-doped lead-free glass possesses an optimal chemical stability.
