为减轻高速铁路列车通过曲线时产生的离心力和振动等不安全因素对列车运行安全的影响,对在曲线内侧轨旁安装电磁设备来抵消列车运行过程中未被外轨超高平衡的离心力从而使列车不减速通过曲线的设想进行可行性分析;运用ADAMS/RAIL软件建立列车车体基础模型,在其提供的模拟环境中动态模拟出增加电磁设备前后列车不减速通过曲线时未被平衡的离心力、脱轨系数和车体振动形态的曲线图,对该设想进行理论验证,对实际操作进一步说明。
In order to reduce the influence of many unsafe factors,such as centrifugal force,vibration etc.,on high-speed train operation safety,a kind of electromagnetic device was applied as it passes through the curve area. Firstly,the feasibility of installing the electromagnetic device inside of curve was analyzed,which aims at offsetting the centrifugal force unbalanced by ultrahigh of outer rail so as to allow the train passes through curve areas safely without too much speed slowing down. Then,the basic model of the train was established by applying the auxiliary application software ADAMS /RAIL,and many kinds of curve lines before and after adding electromagnetic device,such as unbalanced centrifugal force line,derailment coefficient line,train vibration form line,have been simulated in the simulation operation environment provided by the software. At last,through validating the proposed method,further explanation was proposed in order to allow the approach used in practice.
