随着研发外部化的发展，企业的创新活动由过去的内部创新向开放式创新发展。本文基于国泰安中国非上市公司数据，在控制了企业规模、市场竞争、负债率和资本密集度的情况下，分析了外资研发、制度环境对我国工业企业创新的影响。结果显示，企业自身的R＆D投入对其创新产出的正向影响较小；外资研发对我国企业创新没有产生明显的溢出效应；制度环境中的知识产权保护程度与企业的创新产出没有显著的相关关系，产权结构对企业的创新产出有微弱的正向影响。

英文摘要：

With the development of R＆D externalization, the finns＇ innovation develops from internal inno-vation to open innovation. The paper analyzes the impact that foreign R＆D and institutional environmenthave on the innovation of China＇ s industrial enterprises based on the non - listed company data from CS-MAR. The control variables used are finn size, market competition, the debt ratio and capital -intensity.The results show that the enterprise＇ s own R＆D investment has a smaller positive impact on its innovationoutput ; the impact of foreign R＆D on the industrial enterprises＇ innovation output is uncertain ; thedegreeof protection of intellectual property has no significant correlation with enterprises＇ innovation output; thestructure of property rights has a weak positive effect on the innovation output of enterprises.
