在凝析气井近井地带,由于高速流动使得凝析气液相变呈现非平衡特征,对凝析液聚集及产能均会产生影响。基于已有凝析气非平衡相变的研究成果,建立非平衡相变非线形模型,考虑了最小相平衡时间,更加符合客观实际规律。实例对比计算表明,常规的线形模型过大地估计了非平衡的影响。模型的建立有助于凝析气相变渗流与反凝析液聚集规律的研究,并且可以更好地指导凝析气相变实验。
In the immediate vicinity of condensate gas well, the non-equilibrium characteristics of liquid phase change for condensate gas due to high velocity flow will affect the accumulation and productivity of condensate. Based on the non-equilibrium phase change research data, the linear non-equilibrium phase change model is established. For this model, the influence of the minimum phase equilibrium time is taken into account, so, it is more practical. The calculation results suggest that the conventional linear model overestimated the influence of non-equilibrium. The model can be used not only in research on phase change filtering flow of condensate gas and accumulation rules of retrograde condensed liquid, but also for the condensate gas phase change experiments.
