通过对安吉白茶产地地质、地球化学特征的系统研究,认为地形、地貌、母岩岩性、土壤元素组合等对茶叶的品质均具有极大的影响。母岩类型及其地貌条件不同,土壤类型、土壤质地和土壤化学成分就会发生很大的差异,茶叶品质也就截然不同。建议发展白茶基地应选择中部和东部低山丘陵区石英砂岩和流纹质母岩分布区。
Based on a systematic study of geological and geochemical characteristics of the producing area of the Anji white tea in Zhejiang Province, the authors hold that local landform, parent rock and element combination have all exerted deep influence on the com- position and quality of the tea. Different rock types and landforms result in different soil types and textures, different chemical elements as well as different tea qualities. It is thus suggested that Anji white tea should be grown in sandstone or rhyolite -parent rock areas distributed in hills and low mountains within the eastern and middle part of Anji County.
