目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎( RA)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、血管性血友病因子( vWF)的水平变化及临床意义。方法选取2012年10月-2013年2月贵阳医学院附属医院门诊和住院病房确诊为RA的患者55例作为RA组,另选取同期在本院体检健康者30例作为对照组,采集两组受试者静脉血,采用生物素双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)检测血清SOD、vWF水平,并测定血清类风湿因子( RF)、C反应蛋白( CRP)水平。结果对照组血清 SOD 高于 RA 组, vWF 低于 RA 组( P 〈0.05)。RA 组患者中 RF 阳性42例(76.4%),阴性13例(23.6%);CRP阳性32例(58.2%),阴性23例(41.8%)。RF阳性与阴性者血清SOD和vWF比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。CRP阳性与阴性者血清SOD比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);CRP阳性者血清vWF高于CRP阴性者(P〈0.05)。RA患者血清SOD与vWF、RF、CRP均无相关关系(r =0.090、-0.072、-0.032,P 〉0.05);血清vWF与 SOD、RF均无相关关系( r =-0.064、0.040,P 〉0.05),与 CRP呈正相关( r =0.529,P 〈0.05)。结论 RA患者血清SOD水平下降,抗氧化能力减弱;血清vWF水平升高,可能存在血管内皮损伤。
Objective To investigate serum superoxide dismutase( SOD) and von willebrand factor( vWF) levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis( RA). Methods 55 patients were diagnosed as RA( RA group),30 healthy subjects chosen as controls in outpatient clinics,wards from October 2012 to February 2013 in Hospital Affiliated to Guiyang Medical Col-lege. SOD,vWF levels were detected by ELISA,and levels of RA,CRP determined. ResUlts SOD level was higher,vWF level lower in control group than in RA group(P〈0. 05). In RA group,there were 42 RF positive cases(76. 4%),13 nega-tive(23. 6%);32 CRP positive cases(58. 2%),23 negative(41. 8%). There was no significant difference in SOD,vWF between groups RF positive and negative(P〉0. 05). CRP positive group was not different from negative group in SOD(P〉0. 05),and vWF higher in CRP positive group than in CRP negative group(P〈0. 05). SOD was not correlated remarkably with vWF,RF,CRP in RA group(r=0. 090,-0. 072,-0. 032,P〉0. 05);vWF not correlated remarkably with SOD, RF(r= -0. 064,0. 040,P〉0. 05),but positively with CRP(r=0. 529,P〈0. 05). ConclUsion Serum SOD level de-creases,oxidation resistance reduces in RA patients. High serum vWF level may mean endothelial damages.
