采用溶液浸渍法制备出硝酸钠/硅藻土复合相变材料,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)分别对其形貌、成分、相变性能进行表征;同时对该复合相变材料的热稳定性进行探讨。DSC结果显示,硝酸钠,硅藻土复合相变材料的熔点(Tm)是305℃,凝固点(R)是299.7℃,熔融焓(△Hm)和凝固焓(△Hc)分别是:94.1J/g和94.3J/g。热稳定性测试显示硝酸钠/硅藻土复合相变材料经过热循环后仍然保持了良好的热稳定性。
A novel composite phase change material, NaNO3/diatomite, was prepared for thermal storage by solution impregnation method. The prepared NaNO3/diatomite composite was characterized by the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Thermal storage property of NaNO3/diatomite was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). DSC results show that the melting point (Tm) and the freezing point (Tc) of NaNO3/diatomite were 305.0 ℃ and 299.7 ℃, and the latent heats of melting and freezing were 94.1 and 94.3 J/g, respectively. Thermal reliability tests presented that the prepared NaNO3/diatomite possessed excellent thermal stability after thermal cycling.
