通过数值模拟计算,研究了在不同电压工况下,不同时刻的气泡内外压强和气泡周围流场以及形状的变化;模拟结果表明,电场改变了压强等值线,并消去了气泡在无电场的两个漩涡,气泡上下受电压作用,从而使气泡沿着场强方向伸长变形,这表明气泡界面受到的电应力是气泡产生变形的关键因素。该结果有助于进一步研究电场对沸腾传热强化机理。
Through numerical simulation,the paper researches,in different voltage condition,the pressure of bubble inside and outside of different time and bubbles around flow field and the shape of the change.The simulation results show that the electric field changes the pressure isoclines,and eliminates bubbles in the electric field without two swirl,bubbles affected by the voltage fluctuation of up and down give rise to elongation deformation along the direction of the electric field,this suggests that the bubble interface under the electrical stress is the key factor of bubble deformation,the results help to study further electric field to strengthen the mechanism of boiling heat transfer.
