以3-氯苯基异氰酸酯为原料,利用自聚法合成了对称性3-氯苯基脲,并进行了熔点表征,分别从分子水平和宏观形貌两个角度,采用单晶X-射线衍射和扫描电镜( SEM)方法研究了该化合物的分子结构和宏观形貌。研究结果发现,该脲化合物通过分子间脲基团的分叉型氢键进行脲-脲自组装,在分子水平上形成了一维链式结构;扫描电镜方法研究发现该结晶化合物呈条块状形貌。
The symmetrical 3-chlorophenyl urea was synthesized via the self-aggregate reaction with 3-chlorophenyl isocyanate as raw material and characterized by melting point.The molecular structure and macroscopic morphology of the compound were investigated through single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) , based on the aspect of molecular level and macroscopic morphology , respectively.The results showed that the urea compound carried out urea-urea self-assembly through bifurcated intermolecular hydrogen bond of urea groups , forming one-dimensional chain-like structure at the molecular level.The study of scanning electron microscopy indicated that the crystal compound appeared strip-type block morphology.
