数字恒频移相调功串联谐振逆变电源的研制

当两个或多个感应加热线圈距离很近且电源工作频率不同时,就会产生低频噪声。针对这一问题,提出了恒频移相调功方式,在功率调节过程中,超前臂开关管始终工作在零压开通、零压关断状态;滞后臂开关管在移相角小于负载阻抗角时工作在零压开通状态,在移相角大于负载阻抗角时工作在零流关断状态。还详细分析了开关模态,给出了超前臂开关管并联电容的选择原则和相应实验波形。产品长期运行的结果表明,所提出的功率调节方式不仅成功解决了上述低频噪声问题,而且开关损耗小,可靠性高,具有极大的工程应用价值。

英文摘要:

When two or more inverters are near and their sources are operating with different switching frequency, low-frequency noise happens. In order to avoid audible noises, this paper presents the constant frequency shift-phase power regulation for series resonant inverters. Leading leg switches always work at ZVS. Lagging leg switches work at ZCS when shift phase angle is bigger than load impedance angle, otherwise lagging leg switches work at ZVS. This paper analyzes switch modes in detail, and presents choice rules of parallel capacitance of leading leg switches and corresponding experiment waveforms. Long-term practical engineering operation results show this new power modulation with engineering application value can eliminate audible noises, decrease switch loss, and improve reliability.
