从关系资本视角出发,引入知识交换作为中介变量,关注制造企业服务转型过程中组织植入行为对其服务创新绩效的影响。通过文献梳理,提出变量间理论关系命题并构建出关系概念模型,以期为我国制造企业服务创新提供一定的理论指导。
Based on the perspective of the relationship capital and the introduction of knowledge exchange,this paper considered the impact of organizational implants on service innovation.Through literature review,theoretical propositions was put forward and a conceptual model was constructed.The results provide theoretical guidance for service innovation in manufactures.
