建立了反相高效液相色谱测定银杏果中有机酸含量的方法。方法采用ulti-mate-C18色谱柱,以pH=2.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相,流速0.5mL/min,检测波长210nm,在22min内实现了7种有机酸的基线分离。有机酸的检出限在0.001~0.067μg/mL之间。所建立的方法具有分析速度快、线性范围宽、灵敏度高和重现性好的优点。并应用该方法对银杏果中有机酸的含量进行测定。
A quantitative reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method using ultraviolet detector has been developed for the determination of seven organic acids.A ultimate-C18 column was used with phosphate buffer solution(pH=2.0) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min.The seven organic acids were separated in 22 min and the detection limits were between 0.001~0.067 mg/L.The results indicate that this method is fast,sensitive,reproducible and practical for the routine analysis of organic acids in ginkgo fruit.
