通过数值模拟和实验测试的方法,对锥芯式超音速旋流分离器内流体在小压力比情况下的流动特性和分离性能进行研究。模拟结果表明:在一定压力比条件下,随着面积比的增大,喷管渐扩段中气动激波强度越强并越靠近喉部;当压力比在1.25~1.75范围内,面积比为 1.06时,喷管渐扩段不存在气动激波,相应的分离性能最高。实验结果也表明:当面积比为 1.06、压力比为 1.75时,分离效率达到40.82%。数值计算结果与实验结果相吻合。
Basing on numerical simulation and experimental test,the study on flow characteristics and separa-tion performance of inner-coned supersonic cyclone separator was carried out,including the area ratio’s effect on the separation performance under low pressure ratio conditions.The simulation results indicate that with an increase of the area ratio,the intensity of shockwave rises and closes to the throat;when the area ratio is 1 .06 and the pressure ratio ranges from 1 .25 to 1 .75 ,the shockwaves are absent in the diverging nozzle and the separation performance of the gas separator becomes the highest.The experimental results also show that when the area ratio is 1 .06 alongside with 1 .75 pressure ratio,the separation performance becomes highest and it can reach 40.82%.The experimental results are in agreement with the numerical calculation results.
