英文摘要：

The copyright interest dispute between digital library and author has become the development bottleneck of commercial digital library.The interest balance between copyright protection and cultural transmission is the key to solve the problem in the perspective of government regulation.And this kind of interests balance brought about by the prosperity and development of social and cultural works is the real purpose of copyright protection.In this paper,the tripartite game theory is introduced into the study of copyright protection of digital library information resources,and the evolutionary game method is used to study and analyze the factors influencing the behavior of all parties.By analyzing the dynamic equation of replication,it is found that it is not enough to solve the copyright dispute between the digital library and the author solely relying on the unilateral regulation of the government.It also depends on the digital library and the authors.All participants need to establish the common sense that copyright protection is not only to emphasize the interests of copyright holders,but also can not afford to ignore the cultural communication obligations.Finally,it puts forward three solutions to the corresponding countermeasures and recommendations from the aspect of digital library,the author and the government.
