The paper targets the individual needs of the elderly citizen on health, providing modern, reliable, low- cost, sharable hybrid supportive services to meet them. Establish a demand assessment system of health for the eld- erly, develop seniors centered enabling technologies to meet those needs, and test the associated services in a con- trolled environment and then expand to the rest of China.
