条格织物因存在组织差异,常选择在双经轴织机上进行织造,上下轴的送经比直接影响织物不同组织处的经缩率及其外观,为此着重探讨了双经轴织机织造时2轴不同送经比与纯棉条格织物经缩率之间的关系。实验结果表明,在相同情况下纱线交织频率高的组织与交织频率低的组织相比,一般是前者的经缩率大,可设置在下轴作为地组织织造。坯布与整理后织物地花组织的经缩率差值与送经比之间有较好的线性关系。采用回归分析可获得线性方程,相关系数较高,可为实际织造中快速设定送经比提供依据。
英文摘要：
Check fabrics are always woven on looms with double beams because of the weave difference.For the different weaves,the warp contraction and the appearance are both directly affected by the let-off ratio of the upper beam to the bottom one.This article mainly discussed the relationship between the letoff ratio of the loom with double beams and warp contraction of check fabrics woven with pure cotton.Trial weaving showed that when compared with the weaves with low interweave frequency,the weaves with higher interweave frequency have larger warp contraction and fit for basic stitch.Whatever for gray or finished fabric,there is an excellent liner relationship between let-off ratio and fabrics warp contraction margin of basic and fancy.Through regression analysis,the linear equation for the relationship can be obtained and the correlation factor is high enough.It provides a basis for quick respond in setting let-off ratio in practice.
