主要研究了从钴废料中回收高纯钴粉的实验条件。通过实验得出,在一定碱性条件下提取钴废料中的钴,以水合联氨为还原剂,在85℃下液相还原得到纯度为97%的钴粉,回收率达91.3%。
This paper has studied the experimental conditions on the recovery of high purity cobalt powder from the cobalt scrap. Through the experiments, cobalt can be extracted from cobalt scrap under alkali condition, and then cobalt powder can be reduced with hydrazine as a reduced agent at 85℃, of which the purity reaches 97%, and the rate of recovery reaches 91.3%.
