目的运用Meta分析方法比较研究中西医结合与单纯西医治疗对糖尿病性脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响。方法全面收集中西医结合治疗糖尿病性脑梗死的临床研究文献，并按照文献选择标准进行筛选，比较中西医结合疗法与纯西医疗法对高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原影响的随机对照试验，并进行Meta分析。结果共收集合格文献59篇，其中14篇观察了高切全血黏度，13篇观察了低切全血黏度，18篇观察了血浆黏度，17篇观察了纤维蛋白原。Meta分析显示，中西医结合治疗组与单纯西医治疗组比较，高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原4项指标的加权均数差有显著性差异（P均〈0．01）。敏感性分析显示结果稳定可靠。结论现有的有限证据表明，中西医结合治疗对糖尿病性脑梗死高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原4项指标的作用均优于单纯西医组。受纳入研究的数量和质量限制，中西医结合治疗对糖尿病性脑梗死血液流变学的调节作用需要更多高质量的随机双盲对照试验加以证实。

英文摘要：

Objective It is to analyze and compare the effects of treatment with integration of Chinese and western medicine（ICWM） or only western medicine on hemorheology in diabetic cerebral infarction patients with Meta analysis method. Methods Clinic study treatises of ICWM for diabetic cerebral infarction were collected completely and sieved according to treatises chose standard. This random and controlled experiments about the effect of ICWM and western medicine on high shear rate whole blood viscosity （HSWBV）, low shear rate whole blood viscosity （LSWBV）, blood plasma viscosity （BPV） and fibrinogen were compared and analyzed with meta method. Results There were 59 qualified treatises which were collected, in which 14 treatises observed HSWBV, 13 LSWBV, 18 BPV, and 17 fibrinogen. Meta-analysis revealed that the weighted mean difference（ ICWM group to only western medicine treatment group）in HSWBV, LSWBV, BPV and fibrinogen were significant （P 〈 0.05）. The reliability of the above results of sensitivity tests had been confirmed. Conclusion The existed limited evidences suggest that ICWM treatment for diabetic cerebral infarction has better effects on HSWBV, LSWBV, BPV and fibrinogen than only western medicine treatment. Because there is a limit of the quality and quantity of the collected studies, it needs more high-quality randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials to confirm the effect of ICWM treatment for diabetic cerebral infarction on hemorheology.
