技术联盟是我国企业快速提升自主创新能力的重要选择。由于技术创新效果难以作为知识型员工职责内的任务绩效定量地加以考察,因此需要知识型员工做出更多的自发性组织公民行为。界定了技术联盟组织公民行为的定义和研究层次,分析了技术联盟组织公民行为的结构层次、联盟组织间信任和技术联盟成员的组织支持感,在组织层次上提出了技术联盟组织间信任和组织支持感对技术联盟群体单元层次组织公民行为的交互影响模型。该模型指出技术联盟参与员工的组织支持感促进技术联盟群体单元层次的组织公民行为,技术联盟组织间的相互信任促进联盟参与员工的组织支持感和技术联盟群体单元层次组织公民行为。
The essential goal of technology alliance is a learning and creation of knowledge.As a developing country,technology alliance is therefore an inevitable choice for China in the process of national construction based on a rapid increase of independent innovation ability at the present stage.Because it is hard to accurately calculate the effectiveness of knowledge transfer and innovation performance which is the duties of knowledge workers,it is important to study group-level organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB) in technology alliances Firstly,the definition and structural levels of group-level OCB is defined in the thesis.Then,perceived organizational support,inter-organizational trust and group-level OCB are analyzed and a theoretical model for influence of perceived organizational support and inter-organizational trust on OCB within technology alliance is presented.The model shows that perceived organizational support and inter-organizational trust positively promote OCB in the alliance.
