提出一类新型不确定判断矩阵——三端点区间数判断矩阵并研究其一致性和权重求解方法.基于三端点区间数判断矩阵的完全一致性概念,定义最可能值偏差变量和上、下限偏差变量,建立三端点区间数判断矩阵的权重求解模型.为减少因决策者的判断误差造成的决策误导,在第二阶段建立权重分布范围估计模型,论证了模型所具有的性质,算例说明了方法的有效性.
A new uncertainty comparison matrix-three-point interval number comparison matrix is put forward and its consistency and weight estimation approach are studied. Based on the complete consistency definition of three-point interval number comparison matrix, the possible value error and the upper- low error are defined. Following that, a weight model of three-point interval number comparison matrixes is proposed. In second stage, a weight low-upper region estimation model is developed to solve the misleading problem owing to the judgment error of decision maker. The properties of these models are studied. In the last, the model validity is demonstrated by examples.
