将粒径为80nm的二氧化硅(SiO2)用硅烷偶联剂KH570改性,然后与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)进行乳液聚合制备了不同核壳比的SiO2-g-(MMA-co-BA-co-GMA)纳米核壳粒子,研究了核壳粒子对聚乳酸(PLA)结构和性能的影响。结果表明,纳米SiO2核壳粒子在PLA中部分聚集;DMA测试表明核壳粒子与PLA具有一定的相容性,SiO2含量高,材料储能模量越大;DSC发现核壳粒子加入有利于结晶;TGA结果证明SiO2提高了PLA的耐热性;冲击测试发现核壳粒子提高了PLA的冲击韧性。
Nano silica (SiO2 ) with the diameter of 80 nm was modified by KH570. The modified SiO2 was grafted with butylacrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and glyeidyl methacrylate (GMA) to prepare SiO2-g- (MMA-co-BA-co-GMA) particles with different core-shell ratios. The influence of silica core-shell particles on the structure and properties of PLA was investigated. The research indicates that silica core-shell particles cluster in the PLA partly. DMA test showes that the silica core-shell particles are compatible with PLA in some degree. The blends show much higher storage modulus with higher silica content. DSC shows the addition of silica core-shell particles is beneficial to the crystallization. TGA testifies the improved heat resistance of PLA due to the silica particles. Impact test proves the improved toughness of PLA with the addition of silica core-shell particles.
