采用电加热悬滴实验系统研究了5种液体燃料的单液滴在不同组分的高温气体环境中的蒸发情况.编制MATLAB程序结合Photoshop软件处理显微高速摄影试验图片,得到63组有效试验数据.结果表明,本文试验结果与国外同类试验结果精度相当;环境温度越高蒸发率越大,小分子气体量越大蒸发量越大;普通煤油和RP3航空煤油的蒸发率随温度的定量变化规律有明显差别;传统Ranz-Marshall蒸发模型需要进一步深入研究.
An electrical heating suspended droplet experimental system was adopted to study the liquid fuel evapora- tion characteristics. Five kinds of liquid fuel single droplets were tested in various-component and high-temperature gas environment. The experimental high-speed microscopic pictures were processed by MATLAB program combined with Photoshop software. Sixty-three sets of effective experimental data were obtained. The analysis results show that the test results in this paper are of the same accuracy as those from abroad. The higher the environmental temperature is, or the greater the small molecular gas flux is, the bigger the evaporation rate value will be. With the change of temperature, there is significant quantitative difference between ordinary kerosene and RP3 aviation kerosene in evaporation rate. The traditional Ranz-Marshall evaporation model needs further research.
