为了了解氢氧化钙缓释肠溶胶囊的给药特性及应用,本文采用体外模拟法考察了氢氧化钙缓释肠溶胶囊的给药动力学,并对其解酒抗醉作用进行评价。结果表明,氢氧化钙的代谢受其释放速度控制,负载量在3.2~5.5 mmol/g范围,其溶解度稳定在10 mg/100m L左右,释放半衰期在13~45 min,并随负载量的增大而缩短,缓释为分层释放,各层符合零级释放模型;家兔急毒试验表明氢氧化钙缓释肠溶胶囊安全无毒,解酒抗醉结果为解酒组和抗醉组的醉睡时间分别为163 min和125 min,比模型组的259 min明显缩短,氢氧化钙缓释肠溶胶囊具有较强的解酒抗醉能力。
In order to understand the dosing characteristics and application of calcium hydroxide sustained-release enteric capsules, the research investigated its dosing dynamics in vitro, and evalu- ated the anti-alcohol and anti-inebriation effects. The results showed that the metabolism of the calci- um hydroxide sustained-release enteric capsules was controlled by its release rate, the solubility was stable (about 10 mg/100mL) when the scope of loading capacity was 3.2 to 5.5 retool/g, even the half-life period declined with the increase of loading capacity, and its scope was 13 to 45 min. There were three stages of the sustained-release prosess, which all accorded with zero order release model ; The acute toxicity test showed that calcium hydroxide sustained-release enteric capsules was safe and non-toxic, the results of anti-alcohol and anti-inebriation showed that the drunk sleeping time of anti- alcohol group was 163 rain, anti-inebriation was 125 min, had a significant advantage over model group. Calcium hydroxide sustained-release emetic capsules were very effective on anti-alcohol and anti-inebriation.
