目的探讨同煤集团井下煤矿工人职业紧张的影响因素。方法采用整群分层的抽样方法抽取同煤集团井下煤矿工人2 371名,并进行一般情况与职业紧张状况调查。结果井下煤矿工人职业紧张的重点人群特征为:饮酒、井下一线、重体力劳动、经常倒班、睡眠时间短、文化程度低等(均有P〈0.05);多元线性回归分析结果表明井下煤矿工人职业紧张的主要影响因素有:任务界限、任务不适、责任感、工作环境、社会支持、自我保健、任务过重、任务模糊、睡眠时间、文化程度低等(均有P〈0.05)。结论适当减轻职业任务,提高个体应对资源,组织干预与个体调节齐头并进是缓解井下矿工职业紧张的重要措施。
Objective To analyze the influential factors of occupational stress in underground coal miners in Shanxi province. Methods 2 371 coal miners in Datong Coal Mine Group were collected by two-stage stratified cluster sampling method. The questionnaire content included general situation and occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition( OSI-R). Results The characteristics of occupational stress of underground coal miners were drinking,underground front-line,heavy manual labor,shift work,lack of sleep,and low cultural level. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the main influential factors of occupational stress of underground coal miners were role boundary,role insufficiency,responsibility,working environment,social support,self-care,role overload,role ambiguity,daily sleep time,and low cultural level and so on( all P〈0. 05). Conclusions Reducing occupational tasks,improving individual coping resources,organization intervention together with individual adjustment are important measures to ease occupational stress of underground coal miners.
