In mobile network, it is critical to transfer multi-media data efficiently and error-free in the error-prone wireless environment. This paper extended the PET scheme based on JPEG2000 stream character. It defined the multi-channels with different unit length. Transferred JPIP message in the extended PET layer with powerful error-correct feature. Meanwhile supported the transmission in progress.
