制备了紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸酯/聚酰亚胺树脂粉复合涂层,研究了复合涂料的光固化过程动力学,表征了复合涂层的硬度、附着力、耐冲击性及热稳定性等性能。结果表明,聚酰亚胺树脂粉的加入使涂料的光固化速率及双键转化率下降;涂层的附着力、耐冲击性先随聚酰亚胺树脂粉添加量的增加而提高,当添加量为4%时,涂层的耐冲击性达38cm,附着力达1级,但添加量过多时涂层的附着力及耐冲击性均下降;聚酰亚胺树脂粉对涂层硬度的影响不大。复合涂层的热重分析结果表明,聚酰亚胺树脂粉的加入能显著提高涂层的热稳定性。
UV curable epoxy acrylate/polyimide resin powder composite coating is prepared. The UV curing kinetic of composite coatings and hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, thermal stability of composite coating are characterized. The results show that UV curing rate and double bond conversion rate drop with polyimide resin powder added to coatings. Adhesion and impact resistance of coating are enhanced with the increase of the amount of polyimides resin powder. When the amount is 4%, adhesion of coating reaches 1 grade, its impact resistance reaches 38cm.However, when amount of polyimide resin powder is excessive, adhesion and impact resistance of coating decrease. Polyimide resin powder has little effect on the hardness of composite coating. TGA analysis results reveal that addition of polyimide resin powder can improve thermal stability of coating significantly.
