设置0、200、400 mg/L 3个硒代蛋氨酸浓度,通过竹腔注射施肥,研究其对毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens)冬笋品质、矿物质及重金属含量的影响。结果表明:硒代蛋氨酸处理对冬笋总硒、蛋白质、铁和钾含量均有显著的影响,总硒和蛋白质含量随着硒代蛋氨酸浓度增加而增加,400 mg/L处理下总硒和蛋白质含量分别为对照的6.55倍和1.27倍,铁和钾含量随着硒代蛋氨酸浓度增加而降低,400 mg/L处理下铁和钾含量分别比对照下降了35.2%和13.7%;硒代蛋氨酸处理下磷和维生素C含量有不同程度的上升,可溶性糖、粗纤维、镁、钙、铅、镉、砷和汞含量有不同程度的下降,但差异不显著。
Experiments were conducted on injection of selenomethionine(Se Met) with 0, 200 and 400mg/L in Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens from Jan 2013 to Feb 2014 in Huangyan, Zhejiang province. Determinations were implemented on quality, content of mineral substance and heavy metal of winter shoot. The result demonstrated that different treatment had significant effect on content of Se, protein, Fe and K in winter shoot. Content of Se and protein in shoot increased with concentration of Se Met, especially in that treated with 400mg/L, about 6.55 and 1.27 time of in shoot of the control. Content of Fe and K in shoot had negative relation with concentration of Se Met, in that treated with 400mg/L, about 35.2% and 13.7% lower than in shoot of the control. Content of P and vitamin C increased with the concentration, but that of soluble sugar, crude fiber, Mg, Ca, Pb, Cd, As and Hg decreased.
