滨海湾花园地处新加坡中央区的核心,是新加坡政府基于40余年花园城市建设经验,迈向"花园里的城市"新目标的重要举措。在规划设计过程中,新加坡国家公园局、建筑师协会、国际竞标参赛方等对花园、城市、生态、文脉等因素做出了多样的解读和回应。通过分析比较"热带""共生""多元""永续"等理念在总体规划、景观设计等层面的应用,探究自然景观与城市肌理、国际技术与本土特色的结合,以期为同类园林设计提供借鉴。
The Gardens by the Bay project is located at the core of Singapore's Central Region.It is an essential turn-point towards Singapore's new goal of "city in the garden",based on the 40-year national journey towards garden city.In its planning and design process,Singapore's National Parks Board,Institute of Architects,International Competition entries make a wide range of readings and responses to issues like garden,city,ecology,context,etc.Through analyzing and comparing the concepts like tropical,symbiotic,pluralistic,sustainable at levels of master plan and landscape design,the paper intends to elucidate the integration of natural landscape into urban fabric,of international technologies into local features,in order to provide some useful ideas for similar landscape designs.
