针对煤矿井下电磁随钻测量系统传统功放电路功耗大、效率低、体积大、难以适应井下供电有限的特殊环境及工作空间狭小、负载不稳定等问题,设计并实现了一种高效D类功率放大电路。该电路以TDA7492MV功放芯片为核心,采用MSP430系列超低功耗单片机对其进行过流监控保护,其具有输出阻抗低、体积小、输出电流大等优点。现场试验表明,该电路能够很好地实现功率放大级的低功耗和高效率。
Since the traditional power amplification circuit of the electromagnetism measuring while drilling system for the underground coal mine has high power consumption,low efficiency and large volume,which is difficult to accommodate to the special environment with the limited power supply,and the facts of narrow workspace and unstable load under the mine,a high efficiency class-D power amplification circuit was designed and realized,in which the power amplification chip TDA7492 MV is taken as the kernel,and the ultra-low power dissipation microcontroller in MSP430 series is adopted to monitor and protect itself while it is in overcurrent situation. The circuit has low output resistance,small volume and large output current. The field test results show that the circuit can realize the low power dissipation and high efficiency of the power amplification stage.
