复杂产品研制具有周期较长、成本较高、产品设计过程复杂、跨学科交叉及融合等特征,在研制过程中需要企业、高校、科研院所等众多机构协同创新,众多产学研协同创新的复杂性导致了专利管理的复杂性。围绕复杂产品协同创新,以客机产品为例,对复杂产品专利体系构建、专利演化历程及专利管理策略等进行了研究。自顶向下划分复杂产品部件(子系统),自底向上围绕每一部件的核心技术产生系列专利,再与其它所需技术的专利持有人共同组建专利池,构建了客机产品专利体系;将复杂产品协同研制的专利演化历程划分为孕育期、创建期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期等阶段,根据不同阶段创新主体掌握专利技术的程度,提出了相应的专利策略或专利策略组合,研究成果可为我国复杂产品协同创新专利管理提供借鉴。
The characteristics of complex products include a longer cycle, high cost, complex design process, crossing and fusing subjects and so on. In the development process, it needs collaborative innovation of many organizations such as en- terprises, universities and research institutes. The complexity of many ceeusro collaborative innovation leads to patent management Complexity. This paper focuses on complex product collaborative innovation, taking airliner products as an example, to study the build of patent system, patent history of the evolution and patent management strategy of complex product. Dividing complex product into some components (subsystems) with top-down method, around core technology of each component to produce a range of patents with down-up method, with other patent holders who have necessary tech- nologies jointly establishing patent pool, the paper builds the airliner product patent system. Divide the patent evolution process of complex product collaborative innovation into the incubation, create, growth, maturity and decline phases. Then, according to the different stages of mastery of patented technology, it proposes the corresponding patent strategies or portfolio strategies. And research results can provide reference for Chinese patent management of complex products col- laborative innovation.
