文章提出了一种基于激光及三维场景仿真技术瓷砖表面平整度检测方法;上位机使用Multigen Creator完成检测线三维场景建模,结合Vega Prime进行仿真,并在vs2010单文档程序框架进行集成;由于实际测量过程中真值往往是不可知的,因此探讨了采用不确定度对激光器纵向角偏移误差进行分析的方法,通过分析可知,在纵向偏移角小于3度情况下,激光传感器安装偏差导致的不确定性小于0.12 mm;通过不同实验环境下测试可知,本在线检测系统具有极高精度和重复稳定性,检测精度可达0.02 mm,本系统可以扩展应用到多种领域的在线表面检测系统中.
This paper presents a ceramic tiles surface flatness online detection based on laser technique and 3D visual scene simulation technology.The overall design scheme was given and we established the detection system' s 3D scene modeling through Multigen Creator and Vega Prime visual simulation software,then,apply them into a single document framework based on vs2010.The true value often can' t be obtained in the practical measuring process,so the uncertainty of the laser installing angle offset error was analyzed,and we know the offset error uncertainty lower than 0.12 mm under 3 degrees.Through different experimental environments tests we knew this online detection system with high accuracy and replicate stability detection precision can reach 0.02 mm.This system can be applied for many fields online surface detection system.
