基于控制容积法和协调一致的求解压力-速度耦合方程的半隐方法(SIMPLE),采用RNGk-8紊流模型对单个扇形喷孔的气膜冷却流场的传热特性进行了数值模拟。通过比较不同扇形角度的最佳吹风比下的冷却效率,得出:对于孔排布局,γ=60°为最佳扇形角度,且吹风比M=0.7对应的气膜冷却效率最高;对于单排布局,吹风比γ=45°为最佳扇形角度,且吹风比M=1.0为最佳吹风比。
Numerical simulation was performed to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of single cone-Shaped Jet Hole, based on a control-volume numerical procedure utilizing the semi-implicit method for pressure-linked equations consistent (SIMPLE) pressure-velocity coupling arithmetic, using RNG κ-ε turbulence model. Comparing with film cooling effectiveness of different cone-shaped jet holes at the optimal jet-to-cross- flow velocity ratios, it was showed that for arrangement of rows holes, the film cooling effectiveness of a cone hole with to be 60° was the highest,for arrangement of single holes, a cone hole with to be 45° is the optimal geometries and M = 1.0 was the optimal jet-to-crossflow velocity ratio.
