To have innovative enterprises with core technology is the way to improve the competence of Chinese automobile industry.Taking Geely Automobile Company as example,this paper introduces the independent innovation power of Geely and reveals the formatting mechanism of its innovation capacity,the experience of low-cost independent innovation of Geely is summarized.The conclusion shows that automobile company can realize low-cost independent innovation through integrating external resources to improve innovation level and effect.
