以尿素和氯化物盐为反应介质采用燃烧法于500l成功合成了掺杂C1的BaAl2O4:Eu2+光致发光材料。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对材料的物相和形貌进行了分析和表征,并研究了材料的光致发光特性。结果表明,合成产物为简单六方晶系结构,在497nm处有很强的荧光发射峰,为典型的Eu2+的4f5d→4f跃迁发射光谱。同时研究了烧成温度、尿素及H3BO3掺入量、激活剂离子浓度等多种工艺条件对其发光性能的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件。
The Cl-doped BaAl2O4 : Eu2+ phosphors are obtained at low temperature(500℃) by the combustion method using urea and chloride solution as reaction media. The configuration and morphology of the as-synthesized phosphors are investigated by XRD and FESEM. The excitation and emission spectra are researched by means of fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the BaAl2O4 : Eu2+ phosphors have a simple tetragonal structure. The emission spectrum is a broad band with the emission peak being at about 497mn, which is ascribed to Eu2+ ions' typical transition from 4fSd to 4f. The effect of the dominant influencing factor on luminescent properties of phosphors is also discussed and the optimum synthesis condition is got.
