食品包装纸中有机污染物在纸和空气间的分配系数Kpaper/air是研究食品包装纸中有机污染物向食品迁移的一个重要的理化参数。本研究推导了顶空气相色谱法(HS—GC)测定包装纸中有机污染物的Kpaper/air的理论关系式:本方法不需要测定纸张中有机污染物的具体浓度,只需测定两份纸样的不同体积及峰面积即可计算出Kpaper/air值。进行了顶空气相色谱法精确度和准确度的计算分析和实验验证,证实了本方法的精确性和准确性。研究还表明,本测定方法中两份纸样的体积比x是一个重要参数。本方法可以快速、便捷、准确的测定包装纸中有机污染物在纸和空气间分配系数Kpaper/air。

英文摘要:

Partition coefficients of organic contaminants between paperboard packaging materials and airs, Kpaper/air , is a very impotent physicochemical parameter to study the potential migration of organic surrogates in paperboard package into food. In this study, headspace gas chromatographic method (HS-GC) for the study of Kpaper/air is reported. The Kpaper/air , is derived from the volumes and the ratio of the peak areas of the paper samples from two independent headspace GC measurements of the two vials at equilibrium rather than the specific concentration of the contaminants in the paper matrix. Mathematical precision analysis and experimental verifications indicate that the accuracy of the method and the volume ratio, x, of the paper samples in the two testing vials is a key parameter. The method is a rapid, accurate and relatively simple to measure Kpaper/air.
