应用新型多点位移计,以中兴矿3211工作面为现场,监测了近距离煤层顶板近20m范围内覆岩移动规律.通过现场监测获得了大量覆岩移动数据和同孔不同深度覆岩相对沉降变化量,以及同一深度不同孔岩层的相对沉降量.通过对监测数据的分析,得到了中兴矿周期性跨落步距.综合运用组合岩梁理论和关键层理论等对顶板岩层"三带"进行了划分,获得中兴矿的跨落高度大约为采高的2-4倍,这为中兴矿近距离条件下巷道布置及支护技术提供了依据.
With the increasing depth of coal mining,it is of great significance to study the movement rules of deep crack overburden strata.In this paper,new multi-point displacement equipment has been applied to 3211 working face in Zhongxing Coal Mine.And the strata movement law within the 20 meters around the roof has been obtained in detail.A large number of strata movement data through in-situ monitoring has been obtained,such as relative subsidence displacement of different position in the same hole and different hole in the same depth,respectively.Through the analysis of monitoring data,periodic falling span for Zhongxing Coal Mine has been obtained.Based on the combination rock beam theory and key strata theory,the "three zones" has been divided for Zhongxing Coal Mine.And it indicates that the height of falling strata is approximately 2~4 times than the thickness of coal stratum.The research can help to optimize the tunnel layout and support technology for close coal seam.
