腰椎间盘突出症是骨科多发病,中医熏蒸是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的常用方法,因其疗效显著、费用低以及副作用小而在临床中广泛应用。温度是能量传递的宏观表达形式,患者体征、熏蒸方剂等因素与熏蒸温度相互作用,彼此影响,但该过程温度笔者至今尚未发现数学模型与之对应。基于以上研究背景,利用我院患者临床高维信息及数据挖掘技术中的模糊神经网络,建立热源温度及方剂扩散模型,实现海量临床信息数字化采集、存储与利用,不仅有效地利用了大量的临床信息,避免了单一医生的主观因素,而且为中医熏蒸数字化发展提供了理论支持与科学依据。
At present, traditional Chinese drug fumigation has become a common treatment for lumbar disc herniation due to its significant effects, low costs and fewer side effects. Temperature is a macro way of energy transmission. The factors, such as physical signs of the patients, outdoor temperature and fumigation prescription are interacted with the temperature during the course of fumigation. However, up to now, there is no uniform scientific criterion for it. The temperature model of heat source and prescription diffusion model are established based on the fuzzy neural network by patients who are using the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in our hospital. This paper uses data mining to analyse the system model of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation to lumbar disc herniation which can realize mass storage, clinical information acquisition mad provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the development of digital modernization of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.
