为研究黑线仓鼠对环境生态的适应情况,对山东省的野生黑线仓鼠Cricetulus barabensis内脏器官的重量进行了测量,并对其增龄变化进行了比较。结果表明:黑线仓鼠内脏器官的重量随年龄的增长而增长,在调整动物体重后,这种差异不再显著,显示脏器重量与体重有相似的变化趋势。各脏器系数在年龄间差异显著,表现为随年龄的增长而减小,表明脏器生长速率低于体重的增长。脏器重量和脏器系数可能受到年龄、环境等因素的影响。
To study Cricetulus barabensis adaptation to habitat ecology, the internal organ mass of wild C. barabensis in Shandong province were measured. The results were as follows: the mass of internal organs increased significantly with aging. After the data of body mass was adjusted, this difference was no longer significant. The organ index, which decreased with aging, was significantly different in different age groups. These results indicated that the organ mass and the body mass had similar variation tendencies. The growth rate of internal organs was lower than the body mass. The internal organ mass and organ index of Cricetulus barabensis might be affected by aging and habitats.
