用红外光纤分光法对桥丝式电点火头中的感应电流进行非接触式远程测量.从红外辐射理论和实验两方面证明该方法的可行性.对桥丝产生的弱信号红外辐射进行光调制和锁相放大,通过探测器测得桥丝式电点火头辐射的中、近红外光电压的比值,得到对应的桥丝微弱的感应电流值,在电流值较大时,测量误差可小于0.0154mA.该红外光纤分光探测系统不仅解决了外界电磁干扰的问题,还很好地减小了人为操作的误差.
An infrared fiber light splitting system was designed for the measurement of current-induced in bridgewire electroexplosive device (EED). The feasibility of the method was investigated in theory and experiment. The weak signal infrared radiation of bridgewire was modulated and amplified. Then the response photovoltage of middle and near infrared radiation from bridgewire were measured by two infrared detectors. By utilizing the ratio of the different photovoltage,the corresponding current value in bridgewire could be found. The measurement error could be less than 0. 015 4 mA as the current was larger. The infrared fiber light splitting system for current measurement resolved the problem of interference from the external electromagnetic radiation and eliminates the artificial error very well.
