采用菌物学、植物生理学等研究方法,测定了不同接种条件下红皮云杉苗木生物量、菌根合成率等生长指标和生理指标以及抗氧化物酶、保护酶活性等抗逆指标,探讨了红皮云杉对褐环乳牛肝菌(Suillus leutus)N94与绿木霉(Trichoderma virens)T43复合接种条件下的生理响应。结果表明:N94与T43在红皮云杉根际具有良好的兼容性,N94 30 d+T43处理方式的菌根合成率与对照相比差异不显著(P〉0.05),同时对红皮云杉促生抗逆效果最好。在生长指标方面:接种处理3个月后,其苗木鲜质量、干质量、苗高、地径与对照相比增加了26.02%、29.46%、33.37%和35.36%,苗木叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量提高41.96%和53.03%,可溶性蛋白含量提高24.29%;抗逆指标方面,其抗氧化酶SOD、POD和CAT活性与对照相比分别提高24.65%、60.09%和46.65%。上述结果表明,菌根菌与木霉菌互作能够对宿主植物起到促生抗逆作用。
Effects of complex inoculation between Suillus leutus and Trichoderma virens on Picea koraiensis Nakai were studied by using research methods in plant physiology and mycology. Seedling growth and physiological parameters were determined,including biomass,mycorrhizal synthesis rate,photosynthetic pigment content,soluble protein content,antioxidant enzyme activities and protective enzyme activities. The results show that synergies between S. luteus and T. virens were observed and mycorrhizal synthesis rate of N94 30 d+T43 treatment is not significantly different compared to the control. Most parameters of Picea koraiensis inoculated with N94 30 d+T43 treatment are higher than those of other treatments. After 3 months,psychological parameters of N94 30 d + T43treatment increase compared to the control, including fresh weight( 26. 02%), dry weight( 29. 46%),height( 33. 37%),collar diameter( 35. 36%),chlorophyll a( 41. 96%),chlorophyll b( 53. 03%), soluble protein content( 24. 29%), SOD activity( 24. 65%), POD activity( 60. 09%),and CAT activity( 46. 65%). The results indicate that interaction between N94 and T43 has the effects of growth promotion and stress resistance on host.
