针对三电平中点钳位变流器传统空间矢量脉宽调制策略实现较复杂的问题,基于三电平空间矢量脉宽调制策略和正弦波脉宽调制策略作用时各开关器件的导通时间关系,提出了一种导通时间等效的三电平中点钳位变流器空间矢量脉宽调制策略等效算法。该算法实现简单,无需进行复杂的坐标转换,大大减小了常规三电平空间矢量脉宽调制策略中由于三角函数和无理数计算带来的计算误差,输出脉冲中的基波分量与理论值更加接近。仿真和实验结果表明本文提出的新型等效算法较传统空间矢量脉宽调制策略查表法具有更高的直流电压利用率和更好的谐波特性。
A novel equivalent algorithm of three-level SVPWM strategy used in three-level NPC converter is proposed to simplify the realization process of traditional three-level SVPWM strategy. The novel equivalent algorithm is based on the relations of switching devices conduction times in three-level SVPWM and SPWM strategy. The novel equivalent algorithm does not need trigonometric function,irrational operation and complex coordinate transformation. The implementation of this algorithm is very simple and it decreases calculation error which makes the fundamental component of the output waveforms closer to the theoretical value. Simulation and experiment results show that the novel equivalent algorithm has a better DC voltage utilization and THD characteristics of output waveforms.
