历经五千年的积淀,中国博大精深的传统文化中蕴含着丰富的企业管理哲学。通过调查分析部分上市的“中华老字号”企业核心价值观,本文总结了中国传统文化对构建本土企业核心价值观的影响因素,并提出中国传统文化积极影响本土企业文化的策略。
Through five thousand years of accumulation, broad and profound Chinese traditional culture contains rich business management philosophy. This paper investigates and analyses the core values of the "old Chinese" listed com- panies, then summarizes the influence of the Chinese traditional culture factors on the construction of native enterprise's core values, and puts forwards strategies on how to actively use traditional culture to promote native enterprise culture.
