针对地铁盾构出来的渣土大量堆砌、利用率低、附加值低现状,本试验将渣土作为矿物掺合料,研究了渣土掺量(0、5.0%、10.0%和15.0%)对C30混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:(1)C30混凝土初始坍落度和坍落度损失均随着渣土掺量的增加而逐渐降低;(2)掺有不同渣土掺量的C30混凝土抗压强度均低于基准组抗压强度,当渣土掺量为水泥掺量的10.0%时,发现其28 d抗压强度与基准组抗压强度相近;(3)不同渣土掺量的C30混凝土28 d微观结构表明,随着渣土掺量的增加,C30混凝土微观结构逐渐疏松,孔隙逐渐增多。
At present, the muck from subway exits pile,low utilization and low added value, therefore, the influence of different contents of muck as admixtures on workability and mechanical properties of C30 concrete are studied.The experimental results indicate that the initial slump and 0.5 h of slump loss decrease gradually with the increasing of muck Contents.The compressive strengths of C30 concrete with different muck contents are all lower than that of reference group.The compressive strength of concrete at 28 days is similar with the reference group when the content of muck is 10.0% of cement contents.The microstructure of concrete with different muck contents show that the microstructure is gradually loose with the increasing of muck contents.
