采用近红外光谱法同时测定盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪。对光谱经过10种不同预处理后,分别建立了测定盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪的PLS校正模型。根据模型评价参数选择最佳模型,并用该模型对未知样品进行了预测。结果显示,对浓度范围在1~13mg·mL-1的盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪,其近红外的最佳数学模型的相关系数分别为0.9432和0.9670,预测模型的均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为1.05和1.11。
The chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride in aqueous solution were studied by near infrared spectroscopy. The partial least square mathematical models for simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride were built after 10 times spectrum pretreatment. The best models were selected according to the model evaluation parameters, and unknown samples were predicted. Under the concentration range of 1-13 mg· mL 1, correlation coefficients of the best models were 0. 9432 for chlorpromazine hydrochloride and 0. 9670 for promethazine hydrochloride,and the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP) were 1.05 and 1.11, respectively.
