研究了30MnSi钢热轧盘条淬火过程中的淬火温度、保温时间和冷却速率对显微组织的影响。结果表明,随着淬火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,试验钢筋组织中铁素体体积分数减少,组织细化;随着保温时间的延长和冷却速率的提高,铁素体体积分数均逐步递减。
The effects of quenching temperature , holding time and cooling rate on the microstructure during the quenching process of 30MnSi hot rolled steel bar were investigated .The results show that the ferrite gets fine and its volume fraction decreases with the increasing of quenching temperature and holding time .The volume fraction of ferrite decreases with the increasing of holding time and cooling rate .
