以北京、郑州、广东、西安地区166家物流企业为调查对象,对横向物流联盟企业的相似性、关系承诺与联盟绩效之间的关系建立了假设模型,利用结构方程模型对其进行实证研究。结果表明:相似性维度对关系承诺具有显著的正向影响,能力相似性、地理覆盖范围相似性对联盟绩效的直接正向影响不显著,文化相似性、关系承诺对联盟绩效的直接正向影响显著,并且由于关系承诺的中介效应,文化相似性对联盟绩效的正向影响仅次于关系承诺。
Based on data collected from 166 logistics enterprises in Beijing, Zhengzhou, Guangdong, Xian, the empirical study of relationships among logistics alliance enterprises similarities, relationship commitment and alliance performance are examined by using the structural equation model. Results show that partner similarities have significant positive impact on relationship commitment, however, competence similarities and geographic similarities have not significant direct positive impact on alliance performance, the direct positive impact of culture similarities and commitment on alliance performance are significant. Because of the mediation effect of relationship commitment, the impact of culture similarities on alliance per- formance is most important.
