英文摘要：

Chinese herbal medicine fructus toosendan is extracted by Soxhlet extraction method. After anhydrous extraction by ether evaporation instrument, the pure essential oil is finally ob- tained. Using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry analysis, five main components of volatile oil in fructus toosendan are identified： 2, 3- Dimethylpentance, 3, 3, 4- trimethylhexa, 3- methyl - 6 - methylene, 2, 4, 4 - trimethylhexa and 1,3 - dimethylcycl. In addition, the com- position and quantity of trace elements in the samples were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Six kinds of trace elements were detected, the content of which was K 〉 Mg 〉 Na 〉 Fe 〉 Ca 〉 Zn. The results of this study provide scientific basis for the development and application of fructus toosendan.
