以LiOH,NiO,Co2O3,Ba(OH)2为原料,利用流变相反应法制备前驱物(优点是反应体积小,原料混合得比较均匀,在反应过程中金属元素的原始比例能够保持不变),然后在空气中灼烧,合成了掺杂钡离子的锂镍钴复合氧化物锂离子电池正极材料。用ICP-AES,SEM,粉末X射线衍射法表征了该复合氧化物的组成和结构。用模拟充放电系统,在100 mA·g^-1的恒定电流密度下测定其充放电性质,第二周放电比容量高达192 mAh·g^-1,循环50周后放电比容量还有158 mAh·g^-1,容量保持在83%。
In air,the Ba-doped lithium nickel cobalt composite compounds LiNi0.8-xCo0.20BaxO2 were synthesized by sintering the precursor prepared by the rheological phase reaction with the raw materials of LiOH·H2O,NiO, Co2O3,Ba(OH)2.The advantages of this method are small reaction volume,homogeneous mixing of reactant,and retention of the original metal element ratio in the prepared process.The composition and the structure of the composite compounds were characterized by ICP-AES analysis,SEM,XRD.The charge-discharge performance was measured in the constant current density of 100 mA·g-1.The results showed that the discharge capacity of the second cycle was 192 mAh·g-1.After 50 cycles,the discharge capacity was 158 mAh·g-1,which was 83% of that of the second cycle.
