采用原位固相接枝技术,将天然橡胶大分子接枝到炭黑表面,并考察了炭黑表面活性对其填充天然橡胶中填料网络和填料与橡胶相互作用程度的影响。结果表明:炭黑经过接枝改性后,其表面活性增加,且与橡胶基体的相互作用力增大,炭黑之间的网络化程度降低。
Nature rubber was grafted on the surface of carbon black (CB) to modify the surface activity of CB via the in situ solid state grafting. Results of bound rubber showed that the surface activity of grafted CB was increased. Influences of the surface activity of CB on the strength of filler network and the filler-rubber interaction were investigated with rubber-process-analyzer (RPA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). Results showed that compared with the system filled with original CB, the filler-rubber interaction was enhanced and the strength of filler network was decreased for the system filled with grafted CB.
